For those wanting a fullrange compact surround monitoring system, NHTPro offers the S-00 powered subwoofer, an active system designed to complement both its NHTPro M-00 monitors and many other smaller powered satellite speakers as well. The S-00 subwoofer features a 125W high voltage built in amplifier incorporating low and high pass filters and a footswitch for bypass. Its driver is a long-throw treated paper 8" woofer providing output down to 39Hz. Less than one cubic foot in volume, the S-00's cabinet is constructed from 3/4" MDF (medium density fiberboard), providing a structurally sound and fully acoustically neutral cabinet.
