The Audionics Com2000 Talkback System, available in both 8 and 16 way versions, is based around a central 1U, 19", rackmounted talkback matrix, with a choice of three different controller types. Controllers are connected to the talkback matrix via standard Cat5 data cabling, simplifying installation in both new and existing systems. An optional software package provides powerful facilities, for more complicated installations.

This optional software package, provides the user with powerful setup facilities.

Open Listen: Each controller can have an open listen of any number of other controllers, this provides a permanent listen of the selected controllers microphone.

Keyed Open Listen:

Each controller can have a keyed open listen of any number of other controllers, this provides a listen of the selected controllers when they are talking to any other controller.

Switch Assignment:

Each switch of the controllers can be programmed to talk to any number of controllers.

Presets: Four preset configurations can be saved or loaded.

Reset: A single reset switch enables the talkback matrix to be restored to simple point to point setup.
